The communication between you and your customers should be friction-less

Shot for a client who designs and manufactures pre-fab elevator carriages. My client wanted to create a tutorial video to offer their clients a thorough installation guide for their carriages we flew to Seattle to shoot their crew installing an elevator in their warehouse.

Video Production goes way beyond beautiful images. Yes: It has to look good. But pretty pictures alone aren’t a service to anyone in a world saturated with them. YOU need content that drives results and speaks directly to your audience. Your money should be spent intentionally on art that generates a return on that investment. What do you need? What are your pain points? Is it a branding issue? Do people not know you exist? Do you need to explain your product or service? Do your customers know how to use them? Do you know who your ideal customer is? These are the questions I will force you to think about so that I can create the things that you money.

My client’s problem was simple but critical. Elevator installation can be overwhelming. My client needed a guide that anyone their clients would hire to install the carriages could follow. My client ships these pre-fab elevators worldwide, and they could not possibly hold everyone’s hand during the installation. Offering the installation themselves was also not always practical.

This video secures peace of mind for everyone involved. My clients can now alleviate the intimidation factors that might stop someone from purchasing a pre-fab elevator carriage. This is an example of content that serves a purpose vs existing because someone told you your brand needs a photo and videos.

Make it stand out

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
